"Gave me such a stressful day! The guy who did MOT asked me to do everything while he was outside and looked so drowsy! At one point he told me to drive on the lift ramp and without advising me, he started sending me up by pressing the start button! At one point while I was inside my car near the ceiling, I could hear a banging noise under my car! The next thing I could hear was a splashing water sound and the car started beeping with the engine heated red light flashing! When did I complain that why that banging noise? He replied that he was checking the sensor for something which I never heard before! Before I went to the garage, I drove more than 50 miles and there was no issue with a heated engine! My 1st question to the garage is, why would you send your customer up high on the lift ramp? Secondly, have you done something by isolating me inside my car so that I would fail to see anything You’re doing? Your people were talking to themselves to charge me an extra £50 on top of MOT's £50. I told them why don’t you tell me directly and said, “do I have any choice?” By the time I went to get the cash from the cash machine as you pursued cash only; my car was fixed!!"

"Registered my car as being MOT’ed when I live 147 miles away! Aggressive and rude. DSVA involved. Bunch of cowboys claiming I took it there when I can prove WHERE I was that day and then said a garage bought it into them. Liars. Needs shutting down."

"Great guys - dropped my car in for an MOT this morning, and was completed in less than an hour. Failed on a couple of bits (emissions due to holes in exhaust and a split gator) - and they had both those fixed a couple of hours later for just £70, which was very happy about! Retested quickly and passed. Very happy, and will be heading back for a service soon. Nice clean garage, and waiting room, and friendly people working there."
