"I always go to these lovely men for my repairs and have done now for about 6 years. The mechanic is lovely, honest and completes the job. As a woman it can be quite daunting to walk into a garage not knowing much about cars, but with these lovely men, they are friendly approachable and kind too. Reasonable prices for repairs. "I'm going to hold off on my review for the moment, but let's just say they haven't got off to a good start, but anyway, I purchased an Audi A4 Convertible from these guys this time last year for what I thought was a reasonable deal considering the age of the car. I took it for a brief test drive and noticed that the Air Bag Light was on as was the ECU Light and the Air Conditioning was not working. When this was brought to their attention they said they would fix this by the time I came to collect the vehicle. This was not done they agreed to fix this problem along with Cam Belt change because they told be that they had put a new Water Pump on the car, but when I took it to my regular garage they noticed that the Cam Belt didn't look as if it had been changed. So I took the car back to them, while it was there some of my personal property was removed , including Money, Tools and Clothing. When I brought this to their attention they immediately accused me of stealing my own stuff. They didn't ever send off the Log Book so that I could have the vehicle registered in my name, I had to do this myself and when the Log Book finally came (a couple months ago) I noticed that the vehicle had been previously WRITTEN OFF and it had had 12 previous owners, none of this information was told to me at the point of sale, all they told me was that it hadn't been driven in over Year. To cut a long story short I didn't take the car back to them to be repaired because after my stuff going missing I nolonger trusted them, how they are still in business is beyond me, I definitely will NOT be recommending them, they're lucky they even got 1 Star."

"Can't recommend unfortunately. Team are friendly and approachable, but not reliable or experienced. My car had a warning light, came here (due to a 3.9 rating) for them to find the problem and fix it. They found the problem by doing a diagnostics check. They didn't know how to fix it though. They said the engine needed to be fixed or they would have to purchase a second hand one. They 'fixed' the engine and the warning light disappeared. A month later it came back on, I went back and they said you need to buy a new part on eBay! You know why I have to do it....they don't have an email address or a computer....it's the year 2021!! Cowboys, for jobs that require new parts forget it...they will bang, tighten and clean what you have and hope for the best. They did do a very good job of fixing some dents I had, but that's a simple job."
