"I dropped my car to this garage with this person, Rashid to replace the turbo with a refurbished one and the rocker cover gasket. I've paid 1200 for the job to be done. He did the turbo but not the rocker cover gasket, even he took the money from me, of course with no receipt, invoking his own resons and when I asked him to send the money through the bank transfer, he refused, because he knew that he is going to ripp me off. To mask this, he put silicone around the rocker cover gasket and damaged something there, which is going to cost me to fix it, another 300 pounds to BMW Representative. He is playing nicely to the beginning and he is waiting for the right time to ripp you off . When I had the video proof from BMW Representative, he denied everything, of course...."

"I took my 2009 Mini here earlier in the year for an MOT and it passed without fault. I went back this week for cigarette lighter not working, one speaker not working and the engine warning light had come on (not resolved with topping up the coolant). E and D put a new fuse in the cigarette lighter, checked the wiring on the speakers (and fixed it) AND ran the computer on the engine fault and it came back clear. Most amazing, they said it was just some minor things and didn't charge me a penny!! Absolutely amazing!! I'm a customer for life."
