"Had work done here on my car and had nothing but problems from the minute my car was in there. Two months down the line my car is back in a garage (a different garage of course) to have the shoddy work that was done by Kenny MOT put right. Used a halfords auto centre this time and they are horrified by the standard of work that was done by Kenny MOT. Unsafe and could have caused an accident. Luckily when I broke down due to the work they did I was able to pull over safely but could have been very different. I would stay well clear of this place."

"Listed as AA recommended and directly deals with AA, contact garage and booked in for today but when I went to garage I waited an hour and then the garage says AA needs to email information over to him. This is not how it works I tried to explain as I dealt with many garages in the past, garage was suppose to diagnose (I’ve given permission) but still insisted AA to send over details (what details) garage only had one job to do, diagnose the vehicle and then contact AA with fault finding and then AA or myself pays directly to the garage, the garage haven’t even quoted me that’s how bad it is. Wasted my precious time I only went there as over the phone garage said they take AA claims, even AA was confused with the garage and all the other reputable garages are closed until 3rd January. I’m just sharing my experience here, will never go there ever again. I spent 4k in repairs last 6 months with different garages, money was not the issue but the service was beyond unacceptable."
