"Very bad service, avoid it, I called and asked how much it costs to change the oil in the engine, I have oil and filters, they said £65 ok, they made an appointment, I went to the service and they informed me that the oil screw is worn and needs to be replaced another new one ok change after they changed they told me to pay 120£ double as was the agreement ok I paid. after 1 month I went on a trip to France after 1500 miles oil started to flow on the road I went to the mercedes center they told me that the screw from the oil it was not tight, mine was tight normally, he added oil, washed everything that was dirty and I paid another €65."
