"I brought my car to MCS Garage with notes from AA. Mamood told me to leave it with him it will get sorted out after a week of waiting to hear from him, I had to ring him he said he was waiting for the part, after 2 weeks waiting I asked him for the name of the part so I could help ring around, he said he would send me the details once he gets back to the garage he never did. I rang back few days later, Mamood said it will be ready at the end of the week, the end of the week came I rang the garage, I was told Mamood as gone on holiday for a week. My car is still outside MCS garage they are now ignoring my phone calls."
"Went to view a car with my son, we scanned the car for faults. Told the owner that the CAT was below efficiency and because of this it would not pass an mot. So he assured us he we get it sorted and put 12 months mot on it. He took the car to MCS who passed it without having a new cat or even repairing the 3 inch crack in the CAT. We only found out when we picked it up had it checked. This is the emissions test results. As you can see all in the RED… fail ! Stay clear of these people. DVSA now will investigate! Dodgy to say the least. Tried talking to them but to no avail."
