"I just bought a used car and there's a weird whirring/whining sound coming out of the engine bay and is audible in the salon as well when the AC is turned on. I called the dealer and they said it's "normal". We phoned Mick's garage, they agreed to let us come by and take a quick look at the car and very quickly diagnosed the most likely issue is a worn out bearing of a radiator fan.
