"Booked my car in here for an MOT, only to be told when I dropped it off at 9am that I may not get it back that same day! If I'd been informed of this when I booked it in the week before, I would have chosen to go to another garage as I needed the car back late afternoon. Apparently they don't do them on site so can never be done within a couple of hours. A complete waste of my time!"
