"My car was repaired through my insurance company at this site. The repairs were done to a high standard and car was polished and valeted, looking like brand new when I got it back. However, it took nearly 3 months to repair due to delays on certain parts arriving which is understandable. The communications were extremely poor from the company and never got updates on time and I had to always chase them and was given inaccurate information on the completion date. Otherwise would have given 5 stars"
