"Worst mechanic I have seen, they can't even speak English. Simple job of removing front bumper and putting back on. They are careless, they use random screws on car, left scratches and dent on my car, broke my car undertray which I had to replace, when I looked under my car loads of screws were missing which is dangerous. They broke my car start stop system system, they did not know how to fix and said its my problem. I had to go to a proper mechanic and pay an arm an leg to get fixed. They don't have a clue about new cars."

I exchanged my car, that had outstanding finance on it, for a cheaper one that KC had in stock. KC cleared the outstanding finance there and then. I later confirmed that this was, indeed, done. KC dealt with all the paperwork and make the transaction straight forward and easy. Later, when driving home in the 'new' car, I discovered a small fault that the car shouldn't have been sold with. I dealt with it in terms of getting it fixed (at a cost of around £180), keeping KC informed along the way. Once complete there was a no hesitation and no quibble refund. Would I deal with KC again? Yes."
