"I began suffering from alopecia around 15 years ago after a stressful situation at my place of work at the time. I initially went private and was prescribed a steroid treatment that was to be applied externally everyday. I didn’t carry on as it didn’t seem to make much of an impact. I had tried various shampoos and hair treatments over the years and my hair would on and off have waves of being very thin and slightly thicker.
