"Took my car in for an mot, picked up the car and it had scratches on the wheel trim and wheel arch. The garage said it wasn’t any of them and it must be that somebody else must have crashed into it whilst it was parked in their yard. They said they would review cctv and call me later that day. It’s been 6 weeks of chasing, leaving messages for the manager, being told manager is on holiday and they are now ignoring my calls. Can only think they crashed the car themselves. I have since found out from others that they have had the same run around when they have tried to have bad repairs fixed again. Would never use again, if anything goes wrong they will not rectify"
