"My car kept on cutting out at odd times. Fault description said it was the 4th spark plug. Got that done and the car serviced. On the motorway back from Wales and the car cuts out again. Seems the spark plug was fine but the cable was split and shorting out the car. So to be clear they took out the cable with the splits, changed the spark plug that had nothing wrong with it, charged me for the new spark plug and then replaced the damaged cable that was causing the problem. Thank god the other drivers on the motorway slowed down and allowed me to push my car from the 3rd lane to the hard shoulder. I have never been back since and will never go again. Plus reading some of the other horror stories here tells me this was not just a one off mistake. Be very careful with your car here I would not recommend them to anyone."
