"Oh dear - I had so wanted to have a good experience with New Auto Tech as a good garage is hard to find. Unfortunately, they did not do a very good job on our car following an accident - the body work fixed in October 2019 is already showing signs of wear five months later and despite my husband giving them a list of all the work that was needed, things were overlooked that then had to be done elsewhere later. The worst thing though, is that they parked the car outside the garage on a side road and got us a ticket. They then said they would contact the council to sort it out for us and not to take any action. They did nothing and we were landed with a big bill for a penalty charge four months down the line. Thanks a lot guys! I would never use this garage again and suggest anyone else takes care (especially if they get you a parking ticket and claim they will sort it out!!)."
