"Please avoid. Save yourselves. Terrible Terrible Terrible. After booking a cab 24 hours in advance. I received a call 6 hours before my scheduled pick up and was greeted by a very rude and abrupt ‘abdul’ (not the operative I booked with) who claimed to be the owner of this business. He was shouting in very poor English ‘how many passenger how many luggage’ telling me that the price had to increase to accommodate the number of passengers. (This had all been discussed and sealed 24hours prior) after letting Abdul know I found him to be very rude he began to get loud and speak erratically telling me I’ve used him 3 times before (I’ve never used this service before) I said I’ve never used you and there must be a language barrier he told me if I’m a driver then I shouldn’t use his cab. Very rude, aggressive and quite intimidating. A level of professionalism Mr Abdul and better listening skills. 0 customer services. P.s I gave 1 star because there was no option of 0."

"I'm very surprised that this service has such a low rating?? Between making my call and jumping into the cab was about 8 minutes. The taxi ETA was good. The driver arrived in no time. He took us to our destination and even did an unplanned drop-off for free! He charged only £6 for Kings College Hospital to Aylesbury Estate. I will definitely be using this service again."

"Quarter of an hour late at 2:45am (so absolutely no traffic to blame). I had an hourly train to catch in order that i got to the airport in time for a flight. JUST got there, but will never book with guys again. Should have listened to the other reciews."

"I call for a taxi for 12:45 and the lady on the phone tells me I could have one earlier cause he's in the area so I say ok then. She calls me again a moment later while I was on my way down with my heavy luggages to tell me it's no my possible he's on a break so 12:45 it is. Ok… Taxi arrives, turns out it's not an actual taxi (definitely not a minicab like they pretend) just a private hire driver in a blue Toyota that has seen better days, unlike what you're led to believe on their website. He didn't know the address where I wanted him to drop me off, fair enough London is huge, but seemed very reluctant to get his tom tom GPS out so I had to use my iPhone to guide him!!! In addition to that he was driving recklessly, without a seatbelt and while on the phone, I noticed him hiding the phone at several occasions when a police car drove past us… Finally got to the destination, £30 for a Brixton-Wandworth drive! I would have guessed it was cheaper since I took a (REAL) taxi from Clapham Junction to Brixton Hill for £11 so doubling that for safety that's only £22 let's say £25 tops! This was a real scam and I would NEVER use their services again, nor recommend it to ANYONE!"
