"Took my Daughters' Smart for two in here for MOT as hoping to find a more local garage than our usual one. It failed on 2 things, a front spring and worn suspension arm pin or bush (?). Quoted £684 inc MOT. Usual garage has quoted £330 inc MOT. MWR wanted to keep it and do repairs then and there, initially without even quoting, a bad sign when a London garage is so quiet. The excuse for the inflated price when we refused and collected, was that bumper would need to be removed, I pointed out that it simply clips off. Not sure why MWR are still in business, I should think most people are caught out once and never go back. If you want to be ripped off try this lot, we won't touch it again."

"I had the service and MOT done for my Fiat 500 today and yesterday. Can’t recommend this garage enough. Brilliant communication - called to confirm the day before and with updates during. I needed my aircon fixing with a part they didn’t have, so they called and asked if they could take it to a neighbouring garage to make sure it would be fixed before I took it home and I didn’t need to worry about organising a second service on the aircon elsewhere. Such great guys - all the staff are lovely. I paid £560 for MOT and service (and the bits that needed replacing / fixing from this), 2 new tyres (£75 each) and the aircon being fixed."

This included trying to find a part that you cannot buy anymore and so he went through the trouble to find a second hand one on ebay for us. Gives us practical advice too which is always handy. Would not be tempted to find another garage."
