"Markerstudy insurance company, instructed Fleetline body shop Croydon. To repair my car. My car was involved in a car accident. The accident was a non fault claim and the third party accepted full liability of the accident. The car was with Fleetline since October 2022 and was given back on the 10 February 2023. The car was not repaired properly and there was further damage on the car. They have damaged the side skirts both sides and destroyed the paintwork. They have not repaired the bumper correctly, which was all authorised by the insurance company. They have put further scratches on the vehicle and have denied any wrong doing. The insurance company sent a company to do a independent report and found no damage. When I got the car, I took it to Volkswagen uk. They are the biggest official VW body shop here in the uk. They did a full report and just as I knew, confirmed the repair was not done correctly. I have e-mails from Steven Harris and am happy to show to any one thinking of using this cowboy garage. I am now taking the insurance company to court and hold both them and Fleetline responsible. I have tried to reason with Stephen Harris the director. Who has made no effort, only been rude and cocky on the phone. As you said Steven, I would be sorry. Watch this space, you will be sorry when you get exposed in court for lying and not doing what your suppose to. Oh and the bbc are in talks currently with me. I recommended any one to think twice, if they are gonna send their expensive car here to be repaired. Honestly go to your cars dealership garage and save your self the stress and headache. Yes they have all the good reviews on here but go read the reviews on Facebook. Honestly save your self the stress and hassle and money. "This is a fair update to my review below.. Fleetline called me after my review and were very apologetic after my review. They took my car back and did their best to put it right. I picked the car up today and I am pleased with the result as I am not a picky person, so I have upped my ratings and I would recommend Fleetline. Merry Christmas to all Fleetline staff. I took my company car to be repaired because it had a scuff on the bonnet and wing. I went to pickup the car after repair and found two scratches on the back bumper and as my car was inspected when I dropped it off with no scratches, they had scratched the car, the paint job was very milky so the colour looked completely different to the original colour and the front bumper was not fitted properly. I pointed out all faults and left the car. I went back a second time to pickup the car and the front bumper was still not fitted properly, the paintwork still looks milky and a different colour, the back window seal is damaged as well. I took the car back from them as I need my car for work and I am not going to argue with them because when I pointed out the milky paint job some guy was telling me the bonnet had been previously painted which is rubbish as I got this car brand new from the factory and the bonnet is one of the only panels that has not been painted. I give fleetline 1 out of 10 and I am sorry I cannot recommend them. My car still has the milky paint work, front bumper still not fitted correctly and a damaged window seal."

"Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me... Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day. What I liked most (even though the car came back literally better than when I bought it) was how clear and hassle free the whole process was. I was kept informed at all stages and they even dropped the car off to the detailing company and dropped it back to me. Outstanding customer service and an exemplary job of the repairs and finishing. 5 stars, well done again Fleetline!"
