"Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Took my little van here for some rust repair on the sills a while ago - quoted me £700 (I sense checked the price with a friend who said they'd had a quote for £1k for something similar) for rust repair of both door sills, rust cut out/fully replaced and sealed. Said it'd take 2 days. Half a day later they'd done just one side but refused to take less than £700 saying that was the agreed price, that 4 people had worked on it hence it taking just half a day and that the other side was "fine"/didn't need anything doing to it. Months later and there's holes in the sill that was "fine" - asked my mechanic about it and he said the side that was "done" had just been painted/not properly sealed and that the rust/need for repair on the "fine" side would have been evident when that work was being done. I emailed them with the original invoice attached for the work to ask for a refund/explanation as they charged me £700 and did nothing but they didn't respond. Really disappointing and a big chunk of money but lesson learned. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."
