"Had an unpleasant experience with this cowboy outfit some years ago. I assumed they would be out of business by now, but they just came up on a Google search for mecahnics! Ha! First impressions were good at this garage, but unfortunately the staff do not know what they are doing. I remember dealing with a receptionist called Helen, and a 'mechanic' called Aggie. I made the mistake of leaving my car there, for work to be carried out, and it was just delay after delay, before being charged for work that had not even been done. Whatever you do, don't leave your car at this place, because they will never get back to you to provide updates, and you will be forever chasing them. They are unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent, and have never heard of customer service."
"Bunch of untrustworthy people without any knowledge of mercedes are charging you for rubbish service and you will end up to pay mercedes to repair the damages caused by Merc Care. I collected my car in the morning and has breakdown evening. Shame on them."
"Went in today to have my rear camera fixed. Honestly the most polite dealers / garage I've been to (been to many). You can immediately tell they love what they do and take pride in it. They provided extensive documentation on everything they did from diagnosis to solutions with part numbers all on paper ! Most importantly the way they dealt with me was very comforting and very honest. Big thank you to Mario, Matt and the two receptionists! Definitely will be coming back for any future Mercedes issues I encounter."
