Chris said I could come in same day without an appointment for them to assess the damage and see what my options were. The undertray had detached from my vehicle and was slightly damaged. Chris very kindly reattached the part there and then for me at no cost. He advised the cost of a new part if/when I decide to have the damaged one replaced and said he could get that ordered for me if I go ahead with the replacement. This level of care is rare to find these days and I'm so grateful to have this garage on our doorstep."
