"I had hoped they would have scrapped this silly system by now of having to ring at either 8:45 or 13:45 to make an appointment (only to find that they're all booked)!! It's a mare game of hit and miss! Why can't they bloody well let people make appointments in advance like before for crying out loud! It make's life so much easier for everyone! This is just ridiculous. Quite clearly don't like making life easy for anyone!!!"
"Rude and unprofessional receptionist. I have had issues every single time I have ordered a prescription through this GP and then gaslighted when I call back to try and fix the problems. Waited weeks for mental health practitioner to call me only for them to tell me that I sounded ‘a bit sad’."
"Waited 2 hours and no on responded. Next day I wake up at the time the opening starts had to wait another hour because “they are busy”. That’s what happens all the time. Horrible reception. The GPs are okay but I wish the whole system would work more efficiently."
"Awful. GPs still working from home when covids gone? When did you need a phone appointment before being seen? I can no longer can book appointments in advance? And when they tell me to call at 8.45 they say they're too busy to connect me, if one day I get through they could ring me back any time that AM. This is a joke. They have made every barrier to access possible"
"Absolutely awful medical practice. Would not recommend at all. My elderly grandma had requested an appointment as she had a cough for approx 3 months, plus aches and pains. She had a stroke 3 months ago so should be on their radar. I could never get an appointment face to face only a telephone appointment, my grandma does not speak English so they would only speak to me so they can’t even hear her symptoms. Anyway we got a face to face with a nurse not GP as it was not deemed GP worthy - we were given the all clear on Friday and that she is fine and on Saturday the next day she had two heart attacks as her lungs were filled with liquid and now her two arteries are blocked. Shocking - all the symptoms of heart failure. No duty of care here."
