"I wanted to have a hair transplant for few years and I finally did it. From day 1 when I had my consultation till now(1 month after my hair transplant). The Birmingham branch staff are all professionals and all of them need to be acknowledged. The receptionists always welcoming me with a warm smile and always trying to fit my appointments according to my schedule. My consultant Ozcan giving me updates about my hair and always helped me with my worries. He kept in touch with me while I was in Turkey and I really appreciate it.(The staff in Turkey are amazing as well, they managed to make me feel relaxed during my staying there and they did an amazing job).
