"Towed my vehicle that wouldn’t start, the car was there for a few days they didn’t call me. I had to call for them to get back to me with an update. They started work on the vehicle without letting me know.then told me it cost £340 Then I was asked if I want to continue diagnostics for other issues it will cost in total £580 not including parts and labour. So £580 just diagnosing the issue. He stated they charge £91per hour to look at your car, too overpriced! My car did t have a turbo issue before it broke down so magically it had a turbo issue. Took my car to another garage and they left parts unscrewed. Unbelievable! Gave 2* at least they got my car started."

"I used to take my increasingly classic 540i to BMW Hexagon for servicing, but when it developed niggling electrical problems BMW’s fixed price model struggled to fix them, so I turned to an independent. Brunswick took the time to investigate and trace the faults properly, even sourcing reconditioned parts such as a satnav unit for a fraction of the cost of BMW. That was 10 years ago and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else now."

"On 27-03-22 I visited the garage and asked for a quote to do an oil service and brake pad replacement if needed and I was told £130 + brake pad's fees from the supplier. Relying on the quote provided, I left my car and went back to pick it up the same afternoon. I was given a bill of £ £234 and I was told there was no need to replace brake pads!. So Instead of paying £70- £90 for an oil service I was charged £234. When I did mention I am not happy with this price, I was told they did a full check on my car which I never asked for and I was never quoted for. I was also told they have replaced a fuse which takes only a couple of moments. I have paid the money and left since my time and energy is more valuable. I just hope the product they have used is more reliable than their words. I should inform you this was done on a small engine for a Peugeot 207 which I usually pay £70-£90 depending on filter types and oil brands at my local garage at Chiswick, London."
