"Had a nail in my tyre. Went to a couple of local garages to ask for the tyre to be repaired and was told by both that (A) the tyre can't be repaired and (B) I would have to pay £230+ for a new tyre and fitting (charging £100+ for fitting, and one put the price up because of the car model which is ridiculous). When I walked into Speedway Autos and showed the photo to the boss he immediately and unequivocally said it's fixable for less than £20. I brought the car in straight away as I live close by and the tyre was done in ten minutes. It might sound like a tiny thing, but I think this is the kind of honesty and straight talk that shows they have a respect for customers, potential customers, the trade, and their own reputation. I also took a wander around the workshops and they're very clean and tidy with some nice vehicles in for repairs. I will certainly be coming back here for work to be done in the future."
