"Absolutely terrible. Given them so many chances but been let down constantly. Had to contact them so many times just to chase them up to make sure they're doing what they need to do. Been told I'd get a call back but don't, visited for the same issue several times each time, a new doctor and reexplain the issue and each doctor I saw suggested something different before finally making a referral. Now the referral has been accepted and I'm on a waiting list (it's been 3mnths since they accepted it) I was never informed of any of this. The admin team is probably just as bad as the system of seeing three different doctors for one issue. All round wouldn't recommend. Also everyone's business is known and discussed in open. Reception staff will openly discuss patients."

"Very disappointing!!!! terrible experiences I got. After moving to Kings heath year ago, I never got any appointment on the same day or anything within 2 weeks. Always been recommended to see out of hours doctors or A&E or walking centre. But other doctors say they can't give medication for chronic illness, I should see my GP. Never got a face to face appointment (even not for my serious skin allergic problem). Even if they give any telephone scheduled appointment, don't call by that given time, call me either 1 or 2 hours later. Then If I miss the telephone call they will re-schedule it in week after. Receptionist is very rude, very unprofessional - always say I will receive call any time of the day, so I should prepare always for that phone call. They probably think there job is the only important job, not ours, not our problem!!! Wont recommend at all..."

"Terrible experience. Neither doctor nor receptionist know what’s going on. Has to do 3 stool samples for my baby as they had some lab errors and were not in a rush to get the results back to us which left my baby with salmonella for couple weeks. After we got prescribed antibiotics doctor said that he is not sure that these are the right ones for the baby. Would not recommend this place…"

"Over 12 months I left this surgery due to the cruel, unprofessional inhumane reception staff and manager. A real shame such vile humans are still being given the right to work in such a field. Dr Saleem, however was exceptional, undoubtedly the best Dr i've had experience with and I'd never met the man. One would assume that if several people complain to Pals, maybe something will get done about the appalling, self righteous, uncompassionate reception staff."
