"I’ve been using jemca service for 7 years. 6 months ago, during the last service I asked if they had TFL approved dash cameras and I was told “yes, our cameras TFL approved even better, they are Toyota approved” so I put my trust in them, all was good up to relicensing, during the relicensing , TFL said, this camera is not TFL approved. I called the service team 5 times then Toyota customer care (which was careless) then I got e-mail saying after 6 month we can’t refund you. I reported this issue about 5 months after being sold wrong product 5 times. No wonder why they didn’t get back to me on time as they were waiting for the 6 months to pass. After 7 years of using their service, I’m very disappointed. It looks like they need my £350. Very cheap business people."
