"Had a simple tyre change at this garage or so I thought. They caused other damage to my car and tried to cover it up. Charged me the full price for the tyres and sent me on my way. I came back 2 days later with a warning light on and they acted like it was a new problem and had the cheek to blame the dealer that I bought the car from 7 years ago! Dishonest and inexperienced with higher end cars. They did not even own up to the damage they blatantly caused, let alone put it right. They wanted to charge me more to correct their mistake. Why can't you just be genuine and say sorry. Things can go wrong during servicing, but just tell the customer, don't send them away with dangerous faults because you do not want to cover the costs of the damage that you caused. Unreliable, cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Avoid."
