"I visited this garage after the glass in my driver's side wing mirror came loose and I did not feel able to fix myself. I turned up without a booking, very stressed, in the hope someone might be able to provide me with some guidance. Andy re-glued and cleaned the glass in a matter of minutes without any hesitation. Andy also kindly (and non-patronisingly) showed me how to reset the tyre pressure monitoring system in my new car after I mentioned having some problems. I had been using a different garage in East Sheen and had encountered several issues with them...following such a pleasant experience with Andy I will certainly be using Benjamin at Grosvenor Garage moving forwards. I got a puncture, and despite being fully booked up till after Christmas, they managed to help me out. Put on the temporary spare so that I could still get around while they ordered a replacement tyre. There was a minor oil leak on my 10 year old Mercedes E250 Cabriolet that needed looking at, so they carried out a very thorough investigation, kept me abreast of progress and then advised as to whether the repair even needed to be done at this stage. On the basis of that investigation and a subsequent discussion (and very reasonable quote), I decided to go ahead and have the work done. I know quite a bit about cars and engines, so can assure anyone considering using this garage not to hesitate. They are the real deal.
