"Needed to make an appointment to see my GP, couldn't get through at 8.30am which is to be expected as everyone is calling so left it for 20 mins or so and got through fine (Number 2 in the queue). Receptionist was polite, explained that all today's appointments at the Crown had gone but she said she could check future availability (including any on-line bookings) at the Crown & Stonydelph practices. She offered me next Monday at Stonydelph which was fine. I appreciate that the NHS has issues and there are problems getting to see a GP but this lady was very helpful and sorted me out. Kevin B"

"This practice has really gone downhill in the last 12 months, no duty of care to patients. Been trying to get an appointment for the past week, told to phone up on the day. Waiting over an hour to even have the phone answered to then be told there are no appointments. Which leaves me sometimes no other options than to go to A&E which wastes their time. I have been a patient for over 25 years at this practice, and safe to say I will be looking for a practise that is more professional and reliable."
