"Why are we waiting ages and ages on the phone just to arrange a doctor to call us back? When I go in the surgery there is no one in there? Why is no one answering the phon? Disgusting service offering zero patient care."
"Superb service from Pear Tree Surgery today, I rang the reception and asked if I could speak to a GP, within a couple of hours Dr Mackenzie called me back and after a telephone conversation I had a prescription for some medication to help with my issue. The prescription was picked up from their pharmacy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The NHS and especially GP surgeries are criticised so much nowadays but I for one wanted to give them some positive feedback for today. Many Thanks."
"I was told by a GP at this practice that the new blemish on my face was a scab and to go away and moisturise it for 3 weeks. I went private and it was a melanoma that required 3 surgeries at the QE. Appalling care. Just fobbed me off"
"All the staff need laying off In hope that new ones will actually do their jobs. Extremely difficult to get through on the phone, by email, get an appointment. When you do get through no issues get resolved. If you didn't have mental health issues before seeing these you will have after."
"The worlds worst doctors going. If you can avoid them, please do. They’ve messed several appointments up for me. They lack basic care and communication. The one time they cancelled my appointment and didn’t inform me even though I had texts showing I had the appointment, but no phone call to say it was cancelled. The receptionist was so rude and basically got attitude with me for no reason. What if it was a serious medical matter? And you’re the person who is being so insensitive and rude to them? How do you think they must feel? If you try calling them you may never get through, appointments are the longest wait. Yet they keep blaming covid still. Covid doesn’t stop the receptionists from answering the phone or booking an appointment or being civil"
