"I called them for taxi service since there was a train strike yesterday so before confirming I asked them for the cost and lady quoted me £30 so I agreed but whilst on the journey driver charged me £38.50 which was ridiculously expensive for 10 miles. But I gave the driver 36.50 as I was £2 less coz I was misinformed about the price. In addition while driving he called the office and started talking in Hindi which I understood clearly and I know I wasn’t lying about the cost. My first and last experience with them never going to use their services again."
