"Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips."
"I used VIPbreak for the first time in February . The driver arrived a good fifteen minutes before the pick up so I was able to leave even a little earlier for my appointment. I was notified by text that the driver was on his way and the contact process was great from VIPbreak keeping me up to date on my driver and his whereabouts.The driver was really smart and well presented, professional at all times and polite. I couldn't fault him. I hate having to rush to get somewhere - the ride took all the stress out of the journey and arriving on time (they even provided water). Since I arrived earlier than expected I was even able to take time for a coffee which was nice. Great service from VIPbreak and would definitely recommend as a luxury, quality alternative to all the other companies out there."
