"Took my car to be assessed yesterday , expecting to have to book in at a later date and reschedule my life as car was not safe to drive, particularly in the awful weather we’ve been having. Chris and his team were so helpful; diagnosed and fixed my issue there and then even though they were extremely busy. So reasonably priced (though the service and kindness I received was priceless) and I was definitely undercharged for labour. As I was waiting, I observed the same excellent service being given to other customers by other members of the team so I know this is their established practice and I didn’t just get lucky. I’ll be booking a service and valet with them today as I’ve no doubt that they’ll be done to an excellent standard. What a gem of a find. I would recommend them to anyone. We recently brought our old Ford Fiesta for a partially dropped exhaust and we explained that we really didn't want to spend a great deal on this car as we plan to scrap it soon.
