The man had helped her loads, as she didn't understand a huge amount about cars, and couldn't argue the reason the car was not working. He gave the car a full diagnostic and left her with all the info she needed to get a full refund. Free of charge too! I have to rate this service 5 stars as it had helped her make a case with trading standards. The man was helpful, polite and made sure he helped to the best of his ability.
