"I felt very unwelcome. I was asked if I needed help to which I responded no thank you and then I was asked again a couple of minutes later. I explained that I was looking for a trinket tray that could be suitable for a marble vanity. Your sales associate looked at me like I had two heads and gave me a really sour look. I left. I thought we were past making customers feel unwelcome? It’s a shame as I’m in the process of furnish my home and love the items but I don’t buy from people who make me feel like this."
