Two days later and it still isn't here. The party is first thing tomorrow morning, so by the time it finally shows up it will be useless. "We ordered 10 chairs, and within a week 2 bases had snapped. Contacted Office monster who very quickly looked in to the issue, and after talking to the manufacturer arranged for all 10 bases to replaced asap, as it was a potential H&S Issue. Turns out it was a fault in the moulding process. Great customer service & a first class response."
