"They do not honour the guarantee. Reported defect to a mattress 3 times and provided proof of purchase but they ignored and did not even come to look at the defect. Untrustworthy company. Will report to trading standards."

"Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are very poor quality and their aftercare service is dreadful. On top of all that, they are very rude. We bought two wardrobes, three beds, a bookshelf, two desks, office chair and a sofa from them. They sold them twice the price at Wayfair or Ikea. I thought I was buying high quality products so didn't really mind. Only a few weeks later, the mirror on the wardrobe started getting rusty. The door on the other wardrobe fell off and the mirror got smashed. It nearly injured my little girl. We managed to reach them after the lockdown only for them to tell us that our guarantee period has expired so we must pay over £200 to have just one of the doors replaced. Of course, I said no. I wasn't going to pay that much just to replace a wardrobe door. Next, they said they were going to come and get the door fixed and remove the broken mirror for £75. I reluctantly agreed. When they arrived, they said oh no, that they can't remove the broken mirror but that I should still pay £75! Their nerve is jaw-dropping. Avoid them!"
