"Been there twice to take my 2yr old daughter just for a trim, had to wait 30mins even though we had booked an appointment, the 2nd time the hairdresser had been called away prior to our appointment time and could we make another day to go back, they should of taken my number when I had made the appointment to save this inconvenience!
