"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Spent hours sat waiting for them to do my nails needed to be gone by 5 and was there from 2. I finally was called to get them done and they put the wrong tips on I wanted clear to get the design I wanted and they put on white. I was then passed on to a male tech. the male nail tech was unclean blowing his nose and not washing his hands after. He cut my nails wonky and uneven, he wasn’t careful when filing my nails making them hurt afterwards. I was then passed on to a lady who put the acrylic power on very rushed making them streaky and bumpy and then did the butterflies I asked for. After having them on for two days one has already snapped. For £35 they were not worth the money and I am tempted to asked for my money back. Worst experience I have had with a nail place."
