"Do NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY OR HAVE EPILEPSY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!!! After being a client for a good few years I had paid a deposit for my treatment and on the morning of my treatment I had an epileptic seizure (I have epilepsy) and made them aware. They said they would roll my deposit on however two days later 2 hours before my new appointment they message me and asked “do you want your appointment still because we are not honouring your deposit and won’t be rolling it over. In addition to this issue my past appointments I last had a learner doing my waxing and it was the worst experience ever and had to leave because she caused me so much pain. Because of this they said my next treatments will be free however they have failed to do this and taken money from me and not provided any services. I would just recommend you don’t go there because if I’d have had my seizure in the salon they probably would have left me to die. DREADFUL RESPONSE TO A PERSON HAVING A SEIZURE!!!!"

"Shimone was really quick and really good. It was my first time getting waxed so it was painful but Shimone has been patient with me. And it only took about 35 minutes rather than an hour which was good as its better to get it over with :P Will be back in few weeks :)"

"An absolutely fabulous experience. The staff are outstanding in their customer service and absolutely top notch in their industry skills, product knowledge and abilities. The products they use and sell are reasonably priced and all services are of city spa quality (Decleor, Wella, Juviderm) with regional prices. Lots of ample parking. Simple online booking Luxurious surroundings and relaxing sumptuous treatment rooms. Highly recommend!"
