"I arrived at the salon a little terrified given my last experience in a hair salon left me with an awful dodgy completely uneven hair cut and worst dye job ever. I can generally say I cried talking about it, but Debbie listened. She listened and then worked out a plan to fix my hair. She explained every step, and every point and was honest about what could be achieved in one appointment. I took 5 long hours of Debbie's time and she took me from hair hell to hair heaven. I look beautiful and feel a million dollars! I'm still not sure how she did it, but she's my angel and I'm forever grateful. She now has a new client for life! I also needed to add how beautiful and clean the locket was.
