"I don't often write negative reviews. However, it is important that potential customers hear about an atrocious post sale customer service after they have bought a new car. My Jaguar i pace developed a fault and I have been trying to get this repaired under warranty for 4 months. I needed a courtesy car which should be and is part of the warranty. 1st appointment - the dealer had it for a day and then I get a call that they could not find a fault and since they could not find a fault it needed to stay at the dealer for longer. I was told thatthis could not be accomodated for a month ! 2nd appointment 1 month later - th earliest which was available my wife turned up to drop off the car on a Monday and was told the appointment had been cancelled despite us recieving a confirmation textmessage the day before. Apparently another client with a similar name had cancelled but I was mistaken to be that client and so my appointment was cancelled on the day. The car could not be accomodated for repair for another month ! 3rd appointment - 3 rd month later - I get a textmessage cancelling the appointment again since there was no courtesy car. At this point I write a complaint by e mail and by text message but no response which is unnaceptable . Now a further appointment is made another month later - 4th month !!!!! 4 th appointment still no repair under warranty - now my wife delivers the car at the 4 month for the repair and is told there is no record of the appointment despite me receiving a text message confirmation the night before ! Any way, after a verbal altercation and discussion with the manger the car is accepeted and taken for repair with a courtesy car although this is not an electric so not sure who is liable for the fuel bill ! However, now there is no mechanic available which is not my problem and the car is not looked at for 1 week. There is still no repair and I am still waiting..........! completely unnacceptable. Alongside this I have enquired about replacing the i pace since it is reaching the end of the warranty period. You might wonder why in view of the appalling customer service why I want another i pace. All I want is an exact same car since my wife likes the car. However, despite numerous calls nobody is interested in dealing with a new purchase !! Amazing right ? A business not interested in new sales ! ?Are they so awash with money and arrogance that they don't care about new business ! Probably the waiting list for electric cars means they dont care one bit since it makes no difference to their monthly sales figures !! A sales rep called Ben has not replied to my last E mail . Admittedly he sent a follow up E mail when I first made an enquiry before the car had problems. Then I spoke with a sales manager before Christmas. He then said he could not deal with it because it was a business purchase and a business sales person would call me but nobody did !! It seems they dont care ! Of course they are on salaries, get paid regardless and dont care but I thought someone might be on a commission and may care about the reputation of the business but sadly not !! Well car sales men used to be aggresssive and persuasive but apparently not any more. Now my car is in for repairs my wife explained what had happened with the potential new i pace purchase with the dealership. All she was told was that it is not their problem but she need to contact the sales department ! Amazing don't you think ? I will let you make your own conclusions ! I am still waiting for an update on my car repair ? A trip to BMW or Volvo I think ? Never had such a bad experience with them ? BMW i4 or volvo electric maybe ? Summary ... arrogant sales people, not interested in maintaining reputation with existing customers , repair department provides a terrible service, not interested in new business and no apology or a remedial response. Never had sauch an appalling service from any car dealership of any car manufacturer Will keep this thread updated with jaguar reponse....."
"I had a great pleasure and experience when I decided to purchase an approved used Jaguar F-Pace. I dealt with Khaled who looked after us from the start to completion of the purchase. He was very professional, answered all our queries, kept us informed of each step and most of all friendly. We were truly amazed and impressed. This is our 2nd car from Beadles Watford (Group 1 Jaguar) and they are our best choice! Impressive service, great people and truly happy. "Had a great experience when purchasing a used approved car from Beadles Watford. I was looked after by Robin who was the most helpful salesman. He went above and beyond to secure the sale with nothing being too much trouble. We had to travel over two hours to get them at short notice but Robin really impressed me with the customer service, getting the car valeted before we arrived just to look at it. We were impressed by both the dealership and the vehicle and felt no hesitation in buying the car. After a couple of days Robin even rang us up to check we were happy with the car. I can’t recommend Beadles Watford highly enough. Great Car, Great people. Go and see Robin and he will really look after you."
