"Had a special occasion coming up and I wanted something better than my usual hairdresser so I started readings reviews and found this hairdresser had good reviews. I made my appointment and when I first walked in I wasn’t greeted so I asked where I go to give my name and the young girl just pointed if you have an appointment sit there then continued brushing up. I sat 30 minutes and then I was called over to the chair and after explaining I want my hair very light to match the rest of my hair I got told that was ok I wasn’t offered a drink on this cold day with snow outside. After some time the young girl took me over the sink without my hairdresser checking the colour, so a young girl checked as I was sitting by the sink. She called my hairdresser and told her the colour has gone wrong and after having bleach for over 45 years I haven’t ever experienced this. They were talking amongst themselves saying the colour has gone wrong, so I asked was everything ok with my colour? My hairdresser asked me have I ever put a purple shampoo on my hair as the colour doesn’t seem right, I said no I haven’t and she told the young girl to put more bleach on my hair. Some time later without my hairdresser’s checking my hair it was washed off. I then got take. Back to my chair with a young girl who was going to blast dry my hair. I soon as she took the towel off I said this doesn’t look like it normally does when my hair is wet…she told me it’s probably soaked and will be ok once dried she only dried the top part of my hair leaving the bottom soaking wet and said I was done… I said can you dry it off a little more please as it’s snowing outside and I could catch a chill so she continued for no more than 60 seconds then said you’re done now… so I tied up my wet hair and not once did my hairdresser come up to check the mistake of the colour I wanted I was happy with. I payed and nobody had the decency to say goodbye to me so I said goodbye as the bigger person of this very unfriendly salon. It was my first experience at cherry blossom Frodsham and my last. I’m sure they’re good at other things but certainly not my foil hi- lights that I normally come away as a nice blonde colour and not the orange colour I’m left with for my special occasion. I never complained because I don’t feel I could go back to that salon with a horrible atmosphere in there."

"First time having my hair cut at Cherry Bomb and it won't be the last, a lovely girl called Tanya did a cut and blow on my hair and I was so impressed, she listened to what I was after and treated me with respect and professionalism. I look forward to going back when my hair needs cutting again. I went from long hair to a shoulder length bob, the salon is clean and pretty and conveniently has a car park right outside. I would highly recommend Cherry Bomb x"
