"This place is a joke and tarnishes the reputation of Mercedes. They honestly haven't got a clue, management is non-existent and the place is run terribly. Making me trek there believing issue with car was fixed to find out he hadn't been worked on at all this is after waiting well over a week in the belief they were getting it sorted, their staff are very clueless and don't know whats going on. I would not recommend this branch and would choose the Dartford one over them, please don't waste your time. You WILL regret choosing them, if only I'd know what a clown show they are I'd never have bothered."
"This place is terrible, can’t call them, reception staff often rude and look like they can’t be bothered to be there. Haven’t yet had the car actually cleaned properly when having a service. I once got charged too much and they took over a week to sort it out. Business lounge is a joke with WiFi that is insecure. Considering this is meant to be a luxury brand, I had 10x better service at Ford garage back in the day."
"Very helpful staff and a decent garage. I went here to get a auxiliary battery for my c300 and the guy who served me was very helpful and taking his time to sort out what I needed. He was kind person and even offered to ask the mechanic to look at the car if I got the right parts. But unfortunately because they were busy and I have to rush out and decline to wait. But he says that if the part was not the right one, they could easily get me refund. Great place but of course it’s a brand so a little pricey."
"Being a Mercedes customer and having dealt with them for years this would have to be the worst customer service experience I have had. I normally use the Mercedes Stratford, as appointments were not available there I I arrived and was informed I would have a wait time of 2 hours approximately and after I had waited above 2 hrs I approached the staff (name of staff) as I could see my car was still parked and I had no notifications on Mercedes me either. The staff spoke to me very rudely and said if you have not received a text then that means the car is not ready and they are still working on your car. I have never seen such an appalling customer service and least expected of Mercedes. I would expect Mercedes staff to treat all their clients with due respect and above all not speak in a rude or demeaning manner. I was made to feel like I was a burden for them and they were actually doing me a favour and somehow I am hindrance to their working day. Their behavior was similar to most of the customers, when the customers were all dealt with one of the female customer service member told her colleague I can’t take this anymore! This is not acceptable and Mercedes really needs to ensure that their clients are valued and experience a service which is above par."
