"My daughter returned home with a poor quality set of acrylic nails. The sides unfiled, nails uneven, bent and with some extremely bulky, excessive amount of acrylic used. I understand the nails required the added usage of acrylic due to the nail length but the results looked sloppy and unprofessional. Returning to the salon to request a refund and the nails to be removed resulted in a escalated verbal altercation between myself and Debbie Taylor (manager/owner - I presume) all lead by Debbie herself. Gladly recorded on her own salon cameras. Her conduct and unprofessional regarding the complaint speaks volumes. Refund refused and accusations of my daughter chewing her nails to try and defend the poor work done by the salon. (My daughter had her fingers in her mouth and tapped the tips (not the nail bed) against her teeth whilst accompanying me). Videos of the nails taken on the day they were applied, show exactly why we returned. I will safety say, I wont be returning and neither will my daughter for any treatments. The level of standards are extremely low as is the managerial behavior witnessed today"

It’s a fantastic business with fantastic staff - nothing is too much trouble and well my nails always look amazing.
