"Abdoul is very racist member of staff! My daughter and her friends have been targeted non stop by his threatening behaviour and aggressiveness towards them. Managers fob this behaviour off and allow him to treat everyone horribly. When we tell other staff they tell us that they also feel afraid of Abdoul but that nothing can be done about him. My daughter and her friends are so afraid. He was very suggestive towards my daughters friend and even entered her room without her permission!!! I am so sad and angry because I am thousands of miles away and feel that my daughter and her friends are being failed by vita St Albans."

"LJ, the assistant resident manger is perhaps a racist person. She was very unkind to the Chinese people in this student residence, even though it is a student residence owned by Chinese ...... people of any race should not be discriminated against and this behaviour of hers made the Chinese students feel disappointed with this residence. Of course, most of the staff are NICE"

"Nice building rhe events are fun. Breakfast is cool and free Sadly no security and very dangerous area. I would not stay another year becaus there are always strangers entering buildin… We are blamed for letting dangerous people enter but doors never work properly.. if you want safety then go to somewhere else.z when complained we are blamed"

"I have been staying in Leeds for three years now. The second and third year were with YPP Lettings and it was horrendous with them (plagued with security issue - my belongings were stolen - and safety issue). I knew in my fourth year, I needed a safe and secure place to call home where I can sleep peacefully at night without worrying if the apartment will be trespassed and belonging stolen; I struggle with poor sleep due to anxiety attack after the theft incident at the previous apartment. That's when Vita Student came to mind and it has been a blessing staying here especially during the tough time of the Covid-19. Bruno has also been a amazing staff at Vita Student St Albans! Efficient, friendly and always smiling! He deserves a raise, recognition and promotion! So thankful for Vita Student for their help. When I got acute appendicitis and was recovering, I am so thankful for all the help the staffs provided."
