"Maybe because I didn't purchase any service plan, the staff had no intention to explain anything regarding the new bike I bought. She just asked me to sign the receipt and expected me to go. Not the friendliest service I have seen. Also, I was told at online chat that every bike comes with a stand before I bought my bike but it turned out not to be the case. Worse still, I couldn't buy it at Halfords. The staff simply told me to buy it at Amazon. Unbelievable."
