"Just bought my bike from this store, came with free bike fitting, so I thought I’ll take that option. Absolutely rubbish mechanics working on the bikes, don’t think they are qualified to be honest. To save yourself time, you’re better off going to your local mechanic! Other than that, staff are friendly, but they need to train their mechanics."
"A couple of months ago Brett and Harley stayed overtime in order to replaced the corroded brakes from my catering van. In another occasion Harley refunded me without an issue the discount that I was supposed to get for being a Premium Motoring Club Member. We'll see you soon for my MOT."
"Delightful staff but not enough. Computer system seemed to be archaic, clunky and slow. Customers hanging around waiting. I tried on line first but failed. Also tried contacting the store and failed so decided to go in person then: Plenty of effort put into making the store look impressive. I repeat the staff were lovely"
