"Poor customer service, will not use them again. They wouldn't accept a return bought from another store (the original store didn't issue me a receipt), although they did accept through seeing the transaction on my banking app, that i had bought it from another store. It would've been nice if they issued a refund for the low value item and dealt with the re-registering / re-stocking issue internally, but they refused. This simple gesture would have been great customer service, but instead it's put me off them and i won't be using them again."

"Brilliant service by Shahin! I original ordered Bosch car servicing parts and when I enquired about what is good. He advised me to go for the Mann car service parts and NGK spark plugs when I took the parts to my local garage the mechanic agreed with the recommendations. It seems like Shahin is well known amongst other customers and has great customer service skills."

"The service is extremely slow, I've ordered a part online 2 days ago and when I came to collect they kept me waiting over and hour. Really!!! We're not about a restaurant that you have to come be seated and place your order and waiting god knows for how long, we're talking about a car part that have been ordered 48hs before.after 2h waiting the part arrived and egen I asked to talk with a person in charge the guy behind the counter said that there was no one in charge available, they had left, 17:20pm the manager in duty had already left according to that guy. What disgraceful services, I'll try to get my parts elsewhere, like autodoc for example."

"Sooo sllllooooowwwww service even for a click and collect! I had to wait for 25mins + for a simple WD40! And only 1 person in front of me. I think I have a few grey hairs waiting in that queue! (only 1 person ahead of me). And even with that person gone... Another 20 mins wait! Avoid this place!"
