The order was collected later same day but, when home, discovered that one wiper was completely incorrect (not what was ordered) and one of the other two did not have the necessary fittings. 3 stars because a refund was quickly processed."

"Every time I go to this place, there is a queue. Customer service is slow. There is only ever one person serving, nobody else is ever about to help on the floor with queries. Very poor customer experience at this particular store. My advice is seek out an alternative store or better still an alternative retailer."
